Dott. Alberto Anzani

I am Dr. Alberto Anzani, a chartered accountant with extensive experience in tax and corporate consulting for capital companies, local authorities, and sole proprietorships. After several years of working in Milan, I returned to Como, where, since 2023, I have had the pleasure of being part of Studio Crippa, founded about 25 years ago by Dr. Gianfranca Crippa, Chartered Accountant and Legal Auditor. My presence has strengthened the firm’s offering, particularly in the areas of legal auditing, insolvency procedures, and assistance with company formation in all phases, from planning to structuring.

Currently, I serve as a Bankruptcy Trustee and Technical Consultant for Business Valuations at the Court of Como. Additionally, I act as a Legal Auditor for capital companies and local authorities and participate in the boards of statutory auditors for various companies and foundations. My experience includes corporate recovery, managing over-indebtedness crises, and serving as a liquidator appointed by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy for compulsory administrative liquidations.

In September 2024, I was selected for the “ITALIAN CERTIFIED ADVISOR 2024_2025” project by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates, providing support to Italian companies in their international expansion projects.

Graduated in Economics with a specialization in corporate and bankruptcy law, I approach each assignment with transparency and technical expertise, offering integrated and strategic services for the success of my clients.
